
Clementine Collins
Elder Clementine is the Founder and Director of Light My Path Ministries. For over 10 years, The purpose of the ministry has been to share the gospel of Jesus Christ according to our great commission of Matthew 28:18-20 to Go, Teach, and Baptize. This is accomplished by a weekly teleconference bible study on Sunday and Tuesday Fasting and Prayer segment. Elder Clementine has served in South Central Conference Women’s Ministries for more than 40 years in various capacities. Clementine is a member of the Ephesus Seventh Day Adventist Church, Birmingham,AL. Where she serves as a local Elder. Inspired by God’s word in 1 Thessalonians 5:17 to “prayer without ceasing”, Clementine believes that the Christians greatest weapons are Prayer and fasting. Clementine worked over 40 years in health care. She retired in 2009 as an Open Heart ICU travel nurse to California. Her favorite scripture Joshua 24:15: is found throughout her home; “Choose you this day whom you will serve; but for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” She has one adult son Clarence Edward Collins 3 and two adult grandchildren: Richard and Crystalyn & a wonderful great grandson Lexington-David Collins. She has many spiritual sons and daughters that are dear to her heart. The things that brings joy to her life are serving God, making others happy, reading her bible and any inspirational literature, travel, and shopping during clearance sales. Her philosophy of life is “Learn to laugh at yourself and don’t take yourself so seriously, because no one else does.” “Just Get Over It and Laugh.”

We look to the Lord for guidance in our lives. In Scripture, we find all that we need to guide us in the right path. Reading and understand Scripture helps us all live meaningful lives.
